This us useless for any iphone version

I have buyed their plan and while buying they have confirmed that my iphone 11 is compatible with their software, but after purchase when i was not able to see the social media messages, their technical support said my phone's ios version is not compatible. I mean wtf. This is fake app for ios. And despite of this these guys don't refund you. They throw a reason that at the time of purchase, you have agreed to our terms or conditions that we don't refund if version doesn't support. But these guys will never confirm their broken software support to your phone unless you buy it.

I purchased mSpy and it has been a nightmare. Firstly after purchasing I had to then pay extra for customer care, which was not stated. Installing was a nightmare, then when installed I realised no location tracker so then J had to get the Mlite app, which was a nightmare and took several attempts to pair it. No information from either, terrible customer service I that they could never really help at all. Two days later I asked for a refund. Lots of automated emails but no information on a refund. It is not going to happen. A sham. Misleading and they have stolen my money. They prey on people's fears and insecurities (I have a mentally unwell 12 year old who needs monitoring. Terrible. I am only giving it the lowest score as I cannot do -1

Purchased this app for 3 months. Price totaled $110. I installed the app and had to reinstall it 4 times after completing it using the step-by-step instructions each time. I contacted customer service for a refund because 2 days after installation, the phone no longer was sending information to my mspy account. The “target” phone had access to Wi-Fi and mobile data so should have had no reason to not submit data to the app. Customer service refused to refund my money due to me declining to pay more money for mAssistance to help me install it for the 5th time. I explained that I’ve talked ton3 different people in customer service for assistance with the problem and tried everything they suggested to no avail. Horrible Product

I spent 3 hours w horrible technical support trying to get this product to work on my kids’ iPhones. Afterward, it still couldn’t monitor Snapchat or IG. They are still holding me hostage and refuse to refund me and said they can’t monitor the current iPhone version. Installation is tedious and not intuitive then they require you pay for additional technical service. Not worth the time and aggravation.
